We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods & are not happy please email email@example.com - we will exchange (store credit) items that are returned unused & in a re-sellable condition.
Due to hygiene regulations we can't exchange (store credit) any goods returned in non-saleable condition.
Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer so you must return them by recorded delivery (if you return something & it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange/store credit).
Once we have received the goods they will be checked for quality control. We will then email you to process the return, there is up to a 5 working day wait time for your return to be processed once it is delivered to us.
